The Dancing Soul
As a mother of 3 children, previous professional classical dancer at the Royal Ballet of Flanders and former sales manager I sought out yoga to improve the condition of my body and mind after experiencing high levels of fatigue, chronic pain and stress.
The healing benefits I received from yoga were so profound that I wanted to share the same relief and peace that I had found through this yoga practice with others.
In 2009 I completed a teacher training RYT 200 in Arhanta Yoga and I have been teaching this practice ever since.
I continue to deepen my practice of yoga through workshops and immersions with many wonderful teachers, including Arnaud Gilibert, Yogi Ram, Elsie Matthysen, and many others.
The Travelling Soul
Travelling from class to class I guide beautiful classes combining smooth Asana flows, wonderful deepening music, and words that allow the student to delve deeply into the Self. I adapt to different levels and create an atmosphere where everybody pays attention to the limits of their own bodies. I talk about my own difficulties, offer alternatives, and honour students for doing less sometimes.
