Terms & Conditions of sale

 

1. Yoga Classes – Workshops – Retreats

All participants at SOUL YOGA, whether in regular classes, workshops of retreats, participate at their own risk, understanding that yoga requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. It is the participant’s own responsibility to consult with a physician regarding participation to yoga classes. Participants assume full responsibility for their own yoga practice including any risk, injury or danger which they might incur as a result of participating in these classes or events. Participants must notify the teacher in case of pregnancy.

2. Medical Concerns

It is your responsibility to let our Yoga Instructor know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any yoga class or during the retreat, then you must desist immediately. It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of yoga to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes or other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the retreat.

Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interest of your wellbeing, or others, we may decline your stay at our retreats. Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we are situated amongst terrain that is uneven and are not held responsible for any injuries on, near or around the practice space. Women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant should provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.

3. Liability

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard. We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.  

4. Individual liability waiver SoulYoga

Prior to the first class, every participant will take note and agree with the Individual liability waiver SoulYoga by signing this document as attached. This is a condition to be admitted to the classes/workshops

5. Payments ,Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy

  • Yoga passes: Yoga passes are nonrefundable.

  • Workshops / Corporate Yoga classes/Retreats:

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Cancellation 100 days or more prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a full refund of payments made, less the deposit.

Cancellation within 99-30 days prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a 50% refund of payments made, less the deposit.

Cancellation within 30 days of the first day of the retreat: no refunds will be given.

Any notification of non-participation made by the attendee will be considered as a full cancellation, regardless of a possible rescheduling of the workshop/ retreat.

6. Teacher – Instructor

All classes and workshops will be given by Lisa De Ceuster and Encarni Cardenosa unless otherwise specified. However, in case of accident, emergency, sickness or other unexpected non- availability of Lisa De Ceuster or Encarni Cardenosa, SoulYoga reserves the right to choose another qualified instructor. If no such person is available, all attendees will be informed and alternative sessions will be proposed.”

 

7. Consumer Data Privacy Policy / Commitment to Data Security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. SoulYoga will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.

Photographs and text included herein are the property of SoulYoga. Some photographs are productions of Ger Spendel.

SoulYogaThe use of any images or other materials included in all SoulYoga publications, in whole or part, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, storage, manipulation, digital or otherwise, is expressly prohibited without the written permission of SoulYoga.
