In our classes we all share the same love for yoga and music. We will safely guide you through each practice. The classes are designed to strengthen and stretch the body matching it with playlists that are adapted to the moment to soothe the soul and still the mind. You will feel you stronger, fitter, more flexible, more energetic and more enabled to deal with stress. Our classes are open to ALL regardless of their age, body shape, level of experience and fitness, whether they have or have had an injury or have never tried yoga before.

This yoga class is more dynamic, explorative and can sometimes be challenging. In this class we incorporate creative sequencing of connected yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth way, almost like a dance. The breath is an important component of these classes, and the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

Hatha Yoga refers to the practice of physical yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. This yoga class is more gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

This subtle practice aims to still both the mind and body, offering an opportunity for meditation as well as physical relaxation. In a Yin class we practice mainly long-held (45 seconds up to 5 minutes) passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body- the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, or fascia. With these gentle and longer holds, and the use of breath, the fascia and tension are able to be released from the body resulting in increased circulation, improved joint mobility and flexibility, decreased stress and anxiety, offering a calm and balanced mind and body.
